MANILA, Philippines — Ayala Corp. (AC) and its largest stockholder will infuse more properties to Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) in switch for more shares, believing that its subsidiary will “optimize” the payment of those accurate estate sources.
AC and Mermac Inc. — a healthcare services and products supplier owned by the Zobel family and AC’s largest shareholder — will transfer five accurate estate sources situated in “key locations” to ALI in a property-for-section swap deal centered to be completed this three hundred and sixty five days, in step with regulatory filings on Friday.
