This asana signifies good health. Let both feet sit with each other on the ground. With the fingers of both hands, hold the thumbs of both feet. After this, keep one foot straight and lift the other foot and apply it on the other side of the ear. Just as an arrow is drawn by raising an arrow on the bow, similarly it takes place in this posture. This asana is done in four ways by manipulation of hands and feet.

1. Holding the thumb of the right foot with the right hand, pulling the thumb of the left foot with the left hand and applying the left ear.
2. Holding the thumb of the left foot with the left hand, pulling the thumb of the right foot with the right hand and applying it with the right ear.
3. Holding the thumb of the left foot with the right hand, pulling the thumb of the right foot with the left hand and applying it with the left ear.
4. Holding the thumb of the right foot with the left hand, pulling the thumb of the left foot with the right hand, attaching it to the right ear, these are the four types.

Benefit:
1. This asana makes hands, arms, arms, chest, waist, back, thighs and calves beautiful, strong and athletic.
2. It brings great elasticity in the body.
